PID onboarding (test server)

Mirrors the real e-srpska-mantine-nextjs onboarding QR — calls the real issuer.cdorde.com/credentialOfferReq2 directly with the entered name/JMBG, requesting both the mdoc and SD-JWT VC PID configs, exactly like production onboarding. See src/pidRequest/.

Track C test server

Upload a PDF to generate a document-signing QR code for the wallet.

Track D test server

Request a document type (no PDF exists yet) — generates a consent-signing QR code.

Track E test server (ROF fines)

Calls the real issuer.cdorde.com/credentialOfferReq2 with fake fines data — see README's "Track E" section. Fails with 502 until that issuer registers the enovcanik.rof_fines_sd_jwt_vc credential_configuration_id.
